• Documentation – It is obligatory to maintain some forms pertaining to safety. This data is regarding
the accidents, and noncompliance may impose penalty.
• Enforce Safety Plan Strictly – All policies must be strictly enforced at the workplace to obtain their
advantages.
• Network – Interact with other managers and team to obtain their opinion on safety.
• Contact Department of Labor – Obtain additional information on the conduct of safety at the
workplace.
• Delegate authority to safety team - Let the safety team implement the OSHA and safety incentive
